In 2015, the company expanded to other states and changed its name to Uber Eats. Currently, this popular company's app serves customers in several countries, including the United States, Canada and Mexico. Customers can download the Uber Eats app and use it to order food from local restaurants. The app is available for Android and iOS users and supports more than 500,000 restaurants. There are restaurant reviews, menus and payment options on the Uber Eats app. Customers can order breakfast, lunch, dinner, family meals, pastries, deli items and more. A small delivery fee is added to each customer's tab. After a customer places an order, a driver picks it up and delivers it to them. The app features a built-in tracking system. This allows customers to monitor the preparation and delivery process. Drivers are independent contractors who earn money on each delivery.
